I first ran across Duncan in Wizards and Warriors. Then in the Last Days of
Pompeii (really liked seeing him in a loin cloth!!). Then my sister and I simply
fell in love with him on Earth Star Voyager. We were happy to see him reappear
in Zorro, then o DS9. Jut for kicks, I did a search for him on Ask Jeeves and
was simply amazed to find out all of this neat stuff about him. I hope he knows
he has loyal fans and I feel much better that their is a community of people who

Hi I am Rob. I first saw Mr. Regehr as Zorro on the family channel and fell in
love instantly! Of course. I am not Bi-or Homo-sexual. I am a fed up with
men-divorcee that got beaten once too often by ex- and just knits, works and
watches tv. goes to church and craft classes. I happened on this site and wanted
to tell Mr. Regehr that I enjoyed his acting. I have never seen him not being a
gentleman-even when playing a "bad guy" and that is rare. So, my figurative hat
is off to his abilities as an actor, art st and human being. He seems to be a
delightfully different species of male than his sorry American counterparts. I
also saw him on an episode of Star Trek-Deep Space Nine and enjoyed his

I loved Wizards and Warriors (still do). I was fortunate to recieve all 8
epesodes of the series, thogh they are of poor quality-from a friend, I had never
even heard of the show till then. I have been fortunate also in getting a chance
to meet Mr.Regehr a his book signing (in Monro's-Victoria,B.C.,Canada)for His Art
Book'The Dragons Eye'. He has a lot Of Presance,and I was able to scense Him
before I saw him. He was very nice,polite,and patient when I forgot how to spell
my name [hee hee]. He also surpried e when he sent me a post card to thank me for
some art work I'd given to Him! I've allways been a fan of his other works
too,but Now I am a fan of the man and Artist as Well! If any fans of his have
not yet read the dragons Eye ,I highly Recomend it will ive you a fasinating
insite to the man. Another Actor in the show I loved Was Clyde Raviel[Sorry
about my spelling-I know I spelt it wrong] whom played the wizard Vector I was

I can't begin to say how much I enjoyed Zorro on t.v. Duncan brought a
wonderful, powerful presence to a role that could have easily been considered
comedy. I enjoyed each and every episode and have all on tape. I enjoyed the
subtle moments between Victo ia and Zorro. But the one that blew me away was
Master and Pupil, and the duel between ZOrro, and the Alcalde when the alcalde
tore his mask off. I could go on forever but I have been on line for a while,
and hope to talk to other Zorro admirers

I remember first seeing Mr. Regehr's great work on the Tv show "The New Zorro".
It was my favorite show as a young teen for many reasons, but primarily because
it put a hispanic character in a favorable light every week and made me feel
better about myse f. I have yet to see more than a handfull of shows with (a)
hispanic central character(s) today, outside of Spanish Tv of course. Seeing Mr.
Regehr's great work made me a fan of his almost instantly. I was fortunate
enough to watch him display his talent on several Sci-Fi shows - such as Star
Trek, The Greatest American Hero, and "V" the Series. His role as Shakaar (the
reluctant olitician) on ST:DS9 is a wonderful character. I loved "The New Zorro"
the best because I enjoyed every aspect of that show - the setting, the actors,
the storylines, the genre, the overall message, and all those excellent
swordfights. I *still* want to take fencing lessons, learn to ride a horse and
buy a Zorro costume! This is "must do" on my list. I only wish I could get every
episode on VHS. I thank you Mr. Regehr and everyone else responsible for you
going into acting, pursuing art, and creating this website. Good luck in all of
your future endeavors.

Well, if Duncan "visits" -- love your Zorro. Just discovering it thanks to a
complete set of tapes from another fan named Karen. So charming, with just the
right amount of humor I could even forgive the anachronisms. I enjoyed the way
the love interest was carried off -- so sweet and charming that it didn't come
across contrived as so often happens with an "action hero" series. It even left
me going "awwww" on occasion. Wonderful! I am a poet myself, writing poetry in
the style of the North Plains Lakota and Crow. Also love to write haiku for its
discipline and visuals. Haven't had a chance to read much of yours. Your
paintings are haunting. I am also a photo artist. Wonder if t's the Canadian
genes? My entire matriarchal line is from Canada. And would you believe, I

The "Zorro" stories were a favourite part of my childhood...interesting to note
the character still remained a kind hearted, peace loving and witty hero...Even
at my age...(not THAT old)...I sobbed like an idiot when Don Diago nearly lost
his father. I ad just lost mine and after finally receiving my degree..albeit
too late for my Dad to see it happen, I watched that particular show and was
reminded of how great a man he was. Funny what a T.V show and a beloved
character can make one think of...partly, I'm sure because it was well written

site and realize that I am not the only Duncan Regehr fan. I have been a fan for
years (really started with the Fam. Ch. Zorro) and am very glad I am able to
learn about the man who has been for a long time my very favorite actor (not

Dear guestbook. I am writing this since there might be a chance that Mr. Regehr
reads it. I have been a fan of you since i first saw the family chanel Zorro.
Since then I have only seen you in Daniele Steale's " Once in a lifetime" I do
not know haw many times I have been dressed up as Zorro, sneaking around the

I am also very glad that I have the opportunity to view Duncan's other talents.
Not only is he a great actor, but a great artist, I love the print of The Stone
Prince. Also, the first time I saw him was on the Family Channel's "Zorro" (I
also saw the "Z rro" movie, I liked it, but I agree Duncan would have been
better). I bought a copy of the Erroyl Flynn movie, I loved that too!! One thing
I've noticed with great actors, they have great speaking voices, like Patrick
Stewart and Anthony Hopkins, and I t ink Duncan is in that category, I could
listen to him speak for hours, his voice is very relaxing. I enjoy your work

Glad to hear that there is finally a Duncan Regehr Fan Club. I have been
watching to see Duncan since I saw him on Wizards & Warriors. At first to see
such a goodlooking man, then I realized the genius I saw. He's a very talented
man and very well roun ed. I found out only recently that he was into much more
than acting. I recorded most of the Zorro episodes and watched them again
recently. That inspired me to search the WWW for him. I started my search via
Canada connections and search engines. Th first place I visited was MsMoo's
page!!! Wow! What a page! She did a GREAT job and I have enjoyed the pictures
and information. I have two computers and have used Duncan as the wallpaper on
my Window's desktop :o) I was hoping to be in Los Angeles for the showing of his
works by Sylvia White, but am unable to make it! I would have loved to seen his
works in person. I am searching for his book, but so far no luck :o( I have even
taken a "Barbie" doll (called Kevin) and turned him into Zorro. did the mask,
cape, gloves, etc to make this doll look like Zorro. I even took an oil paintin
that I had done and painted a big Z in the background. Guess I am too much the

I have been waiting a looong time for a fan club for Mr. Regehr...bravo to the
folks who have started this! I am curious to know if Duncan still has family in
Canada?? I live in Alberta and know that his family did live in Southern
Alberta. All the best Duncan, and am looking forward to seeing you in your

I have been a fan of Mr. Regehr since the early 1980s when Wizards and Warriors
first aired and have been hooked ever since. I am so thrilled that he is finally
receiving the recognition he deserves with his own fan club. Thanks!
